- Maybe your modem is a RPI model... Then, the data compression and error
- correction must be performed by software. Have your ever tried to perform a
- AT+H1 command? If your modem responds OK, it is RPI. Otherwise, if the error
- correction and data compression is on board (the modem answers ERROR to AT+H1
- request).
